Pregnancy and breastfeeding are energy-demanding periods for mothers. During this period, mothers may have an increased need for magnesium.
This food supplement contains in a daily dose 380 mg (2 capsules) of a highly absorbable chelated form of magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate) in combination with vitamin B6 in the active form of pyridoxine-5′-phosphate (P5P).
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system, mental activity, normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
Magnesium also contributes to maintaining the normal condition of bones and teeth, contributes to normal muscle activity and participates in the process of cell division.
Vitamin B6 further contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the formation of red blood cells and the regulation of hormonal activity.
